It is sad to report the death of our friend Robert Tarbuck on 3rd January 2023 aged 81.
Rob joined the bank whilst living in London. His wife Freda was already a tutor with the bank and it was with her encouragement that Rob applied successfully and got a job with Midland Bank.
Moving up to Liverpool in 1970, Rob worked at Gateacre branch until closure in 1986 when he was transferred to Woolton Branch where he worked as Chief Cashier.
We send our condolences to Robs family. He will be missed by all friends.
